determinato un reciproco interesse finalizzato alla promozione della
città di Napoli e della Cultura come mezzo universale di diffusione
dei saperi e della crescita civile.
La nostra presenza è anche volta a sottolineare il carattere
Friendly dell’organizzazione che si è impegnata alla
NON discriminazione ma all’ACCOGLIENZA GLT.
È nostro compito, attraverso l’informazione del network
e della nostra comunità chiedere la partecipazione di tutti
e tutte in modo da integrare i nostri vissuti ed a fonderci con i
differenti modi di essere e di vivere di tutti e tutte a prescindere
dalla propria condizione di genere o di orientamento sessuale.

Dal
10 al 13 ottobre 2007 Napoli apre le sue porte ai giovani, coinvolgendoli
in una festa continua fatta di teatro, musica, incontri ed arte. Tutto
questo è il Prologo del Teatro Festival Italia.
Il cuore pulsante della manifestazione è il Porto di Napoli,
trasformato per l’occasione nella Cittadella del Festival, animata
di giorno da videoproiezioni, laboratori ed incontri con artisti, e
ravvivata di notte da spettacoli di giovani compagnie, music bar, feste,
dj e vj night.
Senza dimenticare l’originalità degli spettacoli in programma,
come “A Hundred Charmers”, con cento incantatori di serpenti
provenienti dall’India, o “Ubu buur”, ambientato nel
Senegal per raccontare il sogno anarchico degli adolescenti, o ancora
l’inconsueta opportunità di assistere alle performance
di 30 giovani compagnie che si alterneranno sui palchi della Cittadella.
Ma lo spirito del Festival non svanisce con la fine degli spettacoli:
il suo popolo si raduna ogni notte a bordo della Nave - ostello, attraccata
presso la Cittadella, insieme agli artisti che lo hanno ravvivato.
Il Festival, la sua unicità, le sue contraddizioni, i suoi obiettivi
e i suoi linguaggi hanno sposato la filosofia della Vostra Associazione
dando vita così ad una stretta collabora

GLT Association i Ken ONLUS supports “Teatro Festival Italia”
(Italian Theater Festival), having both the purpose of promoting the
City of Naples and the culture as an universal instrument to spread
knowledge and to grow all together.
Our presence is also targeted to underline the friendly aspect of our
association that always worked to make GLT people feel like an indiscriminate
part of the society.
Our task is to ask, through the information on the internet and in our
own community, for everybody to take part to the event so that everyone
can take advantage of each other’s experiences, ways to be and
peculiarities independently to his own gender identity conditions or
sexual orientation.
Buying our membership card ( valid for the month of October, cost: 15
euros) or the ordinary association membership card and showing it at
the entrance of the TFI you will have some reductions (written in blue)
on the ticket prices and will also help us making our participation
to this event absolutely extraordinary and innovative.
From
October 10th to 13th the city of Naples opens its doors to the youths,
encouraging them to take part to this continual party-like atmosphere
made of theater, music and art. All of this is just the Prologue to
“Teatro Festival Italia”.
The location for this happening is the city harbour, transformed, for
this very special occasion, into the Festival Citadel, animated with
video-projections, laboratories and meetings with artists during the
day; shows, performances from different kinds of theater companies,
music bar, parties, djs and vjs at night.
Not to forget the originality of the performances like “A hundred
Charmers”, with a hundred snake charmers coming from India, or
“Ubu Buur” that takes place in Senegal and tells the teens’
anarchic dream; or also the unusual chance to attend to the performances
of 30 different companies that will be on stage during this happening.
But the spirit of this festival doesn’t fade with the end of the
shows, it keeps on going every night when the guests gather on the Hostel-boat,
docked in the nearby, with the artists who performed during the day.
The Festival, its unique spirit, its contradictions, its objectives
and languages coincide with the philosophy of our association giving
birth to a tight cooperation.
